Module #1 is going to be teaching you organization on keeping your leads together, easy to access so your not spending a lot of time finding the leads, so you can be spending your time prospecting. It shows you how to gather and track of all the free FSBO leads that you gather. This video goes into detail on where to find the free leads, how to set up searches so you’re notified when more leads become available, and how to organize the leads so that your not letting anything slip through the cracks and missing out on opportunities. This module includes all the documentation and tools you need in order to start setting up your call list(s) so you can easily download it and start following the checklists provided to get it set up and integrated into your business. 
Module #2 is going to be teaching you how to schedule the appointments. The variation of call scripts will be provided for you to print off and start becoming familiar with so that you sound natural when making calls. The biggest and most important part of this training goes into learning your objection handlers. This module provides you with the most common objection handlers you’re going to be hearing from the FSBO sellers and how to overcome them with ease in order to be scheduling appointments. On this module you’ll also be taught the best times of day to call, how I set up my schedule so that I remain consistent with lead generation to create a predictable business and how to color code your leads on your call sheet in order to stay organized so that you know where each FSBO prospect stands. In this module you will also see real life examples of calls made to schedule the appointments so you can see how they go.

Module #3 is all things appointment related! This training is going to go into detail on what it looks like to go on the appointment. The questions to ask, the body language you should use and how to prepare in order to make sure the seller knows YOU are an expert in the area. Its also going to provide you with an appointment sheet to take notes with, the qualifying questions to ask on the appointment, and the thank you note to send after. Its also going to show you exactly what to bring each appointment to share with that FSBO seller to wow them with your knowledge without being salesy. 
Module #4 is the invisible open house. This training goes over why the invisible open house is so important to the system. It goes over how to ask for the open house on the appointment and how to ask for the open house after the appointment on a follow up call. It gets into strict detail on how to prepare for the open house and what marketing you can do because you’re limited. It goes into the follow up after the open house and what that looks like, the questions to ask and how to lead the FSBO seller down the path of listing their home with you. This module also provides you with a downloadable flyer template, door knocking post card, and open house sign in sheets so you can simply use the ones provided and not have to spend time recreating them.
Module #5 goes into the continued follow up after the initial appointment and after the invisible open house. It teaches you the amount of times to follow up and what those calls should look like. It also gets into all things listing once you get the listing. It includes how to price your listing, preparing for pictures, new listing checklist, marketing checklist as well as marketing plan. It gives you my listing presentation that is downloadable and editable so you can use it or take pieces of it and add that to the listing presentation you currently are using. This module is key in teaching you how to sell your listings quickly so that you can get paid!
